THE MATERIALS

The Materials is a solo author project by Dmitry Belov from Bryansk. The project began in 2021, but the musical road started earlier: VISMUT existed around 2011–2014 (known works include 13 and Право хранить молчание). By 2026 The Materials reached the complex progressive music the author always wanted to make.

Territory: progressive metal, electronics, cinematic, ambient and virtuosic form — technique serves the work, not display. A full author universe grows around it; the deep layer stays on thematerials.ru and is not copied into Nailmark.

Major line — MINE: first of five linked works (sci-fi narrative, album, film, visual world). A later line — endless. Nailmark collab series: Moon, Jupiter, Earth (Home), Mercury, Saturn, Venus.
